Is there a minimum order?
There is NO minimum order! You can order as much or as little as you like
What payment methods do you offer?
UK Bank Transfer /Deposit (NO minimum) UK Cash Deposit at Bank- Visit your local Branch and deposit the cash (Falls under Bank Transfer Option)
International Bank Transfer (£300 Minimum ***EUROPE ONLY***). For International Customers (Non UK based ).
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS are sent MANUALLY. You will receive these instructions within 24 HOURS. Please check your Junk/spam folder as they sometimes arrive in there.
Western Union & MoneyGram –Payment instructions are sent manually. You will receive these instructions within 24 hours.

How do I find out the status of my order?
“On Hold” – Order Has been accepted.
”Pending” – Payment has been acknowledged- i.e. Waiting for payment to clear ( i.e. Bank Transfer) / be collected ( I.e. if paying through Western union).
”Processing” – Payment has been received by us & your order is being readied for despatch.
”Complete” – Order has been shipped
Upon ordering and receiving payment details, you have 48 HOURS to complete your payment submission as after this time period your order will be cancelled.
If your order is on ‘On-Hold’ Status and you wish to change it at all, you must email us and request this. We will then confirm product availability and new order total.
What is the charge for shipping?
UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING – £8 ALL orders are shipped the same or following working day after payment has been received, via Special Next Day delivery service. ALL UK orders, once posted, will arrive at your door the following working day before 1pm. We do not provide tracking numbers for UK orders, however we do keep a record of the tracking numbers in case there is an issue with delivery, in which case you must contact us immediately.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – £15 (Tracked) / We ship to ALL international destinations and provide all international customers with tracking numbers, provided you have selected the tracked option.
INTERNATIONAL (Regular Airmail) £11 – There is no Tracking provided with this Shipping Option.

Will you send me a different product other than what I have ordered?
No. At MuscleRapid We will never send a different brand then what you have ordered. All stock on our site is ‘Live’ so if you have added it to your basket it is readily available for dispatch. If in very rare circumstances a product is not available due to a miscount with stock or a breakage/faulty stock (i.e. a broken vial) we will contact you prior to shipping your order to come to an agreement.
